Options, changes for campus dining Summertime always brings some new twists to eating on campus, and this year is no different, as Housing & Food Services brings some changes and additions in mid-August, while some established things remain. A soils and ecosystem scientist who studies natural resources sustainability has been named the director of the University of Washington’s School of Environmental and Forest Sciences. Thomas H.
