Notice of Continued Public Comment Period for Rulemaking
On August 5, 2026, the University of Washington published proposed amendments to:
- Chapter 478-121 WAC, Student Conduct Code for the University of Washington (WSR 26-15-104), and
- Chapter 478-124 WAC, General Conduct Code for the University of Washington (WSR 26-15-105).
Following publication, the University accepted written comments on the proposed rules through August 25, 2026, and held a public hearing on August 25, 2026, to receive oral comments.
To provide additional opportunity for public review and comment on the proposed amendments, the University is extending the comment period beginning October 21, 2026, through December 10, 2026.
