Better cell reception and discounts coming: The Strategic Mobile Initiative is bringing six new cell phone towers to campus and also generous discounts from preferred providers.

Youngsters are ready to romp!: There were a few official remarks, some hearty applause, and then it was time to scamper and play! The Experimental Education Unit (EEU) has opened two new play courts, with the help of a few friends.

First Thursdays feature live music: The sculpture garden near the Henry Art Galllery's Baci Cafe is the site of evening summer concerts.

Capstone projects solve real-world problems: This year's 55 projects included improving the help desk at the Veterans Administration Puget Sound Hospital, upgrading product forecasting for Mike's Hard Lemonade and helping with civic work via software applications that run on smart phones.
