The following people can edit an eGC1:

• Owners (the PI, Admin and Budget Contacts)
• Reviewers in the Org Code Receiving Funding
• Reviewers in the Personnel Selected Unit
• Reviewers with the Global Edit Role for the Org Code Receiving Funding
• Users assigned Read/Write access
