Inviting the provost to your event

Please follow these procedures for requesting Provost Ana Mari Cauce’s attendance at your event:

    • Fill out and submit this form. Make sure your responses are as detailed as possible.
    • Deadline: As soon as possible, preferably at least five to six weeks prior to your event.
    • Approval process: The Provost’s Office will review your request and get back to you using the email address listed first on the invitation form. All communication related to the event will be channeled through that person.

If the Provost is able to participate in your event, you will be asked to provide the following documents (we will provide you with templates and further instructions).  All documents are due no later than 10 business days prior to event.

  • Executive briefing
  • Speaking points
  • Annotated guest list

If you plan to have a photographer at this event, please let us know and share the photos with us within a week after the event.
