Inviting the provost to your event

Please follow these procedures for requesting Interim Provost Jerry Baldasty’s attendance at your event:

    • Fill out and submit this form. Make sure your responses are detailed.
    • Deadline: As soon as possible, preferably at least six to eight weeks prior to your event.
    • Approval process: The Provost’s Office will review your request and get back to you using the email address provided on the invitation form.

If the Provost is able to participate in your event, you will be asked to develop background materials (we will provide you with templates and further instructions).  All documents are due no later than 10 business days prior to event.

If you plan to have a photographer at this event, please let us know and share the photos with us within a week after the event.
