Public hearing notice: Joint hearing with UW Bothell and Cascadia College

Notice is hereby given that a joint public hearing with UW Bothell and Cascadia College will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at the North Creek Events Center, 18225 N.E. Campus Way, Bothell, WA 98011.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow all interested persons an opportunity to present their views, either orally or in writing, on the proposed amendments to Chapter 478-117 WAC “Parking and Traffic Rules of the University of Washington, Bothell” and corresponding proposed amendments to Chapter 132Z-116 WAC “Parking and Traffic Rules of Cascadia College.”

The UW Bothell and Cascadia College are updating terminology regarding current modes of transportation and advancement in parking technology traveling to/from and through campus. The information in these WACs has also been updated to reflect current practices regarding parking and parking related products, systems, and privileges, parking fees, citations, fines, immobilization and impoundment, and related appeals.
