Due to COVID-19 and the closure of the Capitol complex we are unable to arrange in-person meetings until further notice. We are happy to arrange strategic calls and virtual meetings with congressional staff to discuss issues of importance to the UW.
Members of the UW community can request that we arrange (virtual) appointments with congressional offices by filling out the form below. Our team will take care of scheduling, and either our Director of Federal Relations or Deputy Director will join you. They have a wealth of experience and officially represent the University in Washington, DC.
When completing the form, please be specific with your availability, taking into account time zones.
Once your meetings are confirmed, our office will reach out with more information. It is not uncommon for schedule changes to occur at the last minute.
