Community Standards & Student Conduct (CSSC) serves as a resource to faculty and staff on campus in many capacities. Do not hesitate to contact CSSC at 206-685-6194 or cssc@uw.edu with any questions or concerns.
CSSC is a part of a University-wide Student Care Team sponsored by the Division of Student Life. If you are concerned about a student’s health and wellness, please fill out a CARE report here. A staff member will provide information, support, next steps, and/or resources for you and the student.
- To report an alleged violation of the Student Conduct Code, or if you have concerns about academic misconduct, please use the Report It tool. A staff member will follow up with you once the report is received.
