Endowment & Donor Services obtains signatures for UW endowment agreements and current-use gift agreements using University Advancement standard templates.

Route all corporate, foundation and other organization documents requiring signature by the UW Foundation through Michelle Barnett.

Please do not take documents directly to authorized signers or ask other executive staff to sign documents.
