Counseling & Mental Health Outreach Toolkit

Help connect UW Seattle students to counseling and mental health resources.

As part of UW’s continuum of student-facing health care resources, students have access to a wide range of counseling, mental health, and well-being support. This page is designed to help the UW Seattle community more effectively promote and connect students to the variety of mental health resources available to them.

All students who would like to explore mental health services, ask a question, or seek help can get started by calling 206-543-1240 or by visiting mentalhealth.uw.eduIn the event of an emergency, always call (or direct students to call) 911.

The assets below will help you get the word out to UW students about the support options available to them and how they can get started.
