Dubs up! Join your Husky and the UW family at our annual UW Family Weekend, Oct. 20–21. It’s the perfect time to reunite with your student and see the UW through their eyes.
Meet and connect with other UW families at the UW Family Tailgate, cheer on the Dawgs in our Homecoming game at the greatest setting in college football and get a taste of the Husky Experience with an interesting lecture from a UW faculty member. It all kicks off on Friday at our W Day celebration — one of the happiest days of the academic year.
It wouldn’t be a UW family celebration without you, so be sure to reserve your spots!

UW Biology Greenhouse at the Life Sciences Building
Tour the stunning UW Biology Greenhouse to see four different controlled environments all under the same roof.
Join us on a 75-minute student-led tour covering popular spots on campus, including the Quad, Suzzallo Library Reading Room, Red Square and Drumheller Fountain.
Come check out the IMA! Enjoy the UW’s flagship fitness facility, which includes cardio and weight equipment; basketball, volleyball and badminton courts; an indoor track and a wide variety of other activities.
The UW Counseling Center will host a panel of counselors to answer questions and share useful strategies about having a successful, low-stress year at the UW.
Get a rousing start to UW Family Weekend by joining your Husky in Red Square for a pep rally. Show off your Purple Pride and honor tradition as we celebrate 162 years of the UW.

The Henry is the only museum in the Northwest that is focused exclusively on contemporary art and ideas.
