Jannah Maresh, Director of Parent & Family Programs
Jannah is excited be at the University of Washington whose mission and values, align with her own – integrity, diversity, excellence, collaboration and innovation. Jannah is a proud public school alumna from Santa Monica Elementary School all the way to UCLA. As an recipient and beneficiary of a public education from a fellow PAC-12 school with a diverse student body, faculty and staff, she has personally experienced the impact of higher and continuing education that transforms not just the trajectory of students but also their families and communities. She’s thrilled to join the #UWFamily!
Her passion for helping students and families to become active ambassadors, volunteers and donors in support of the student experience. She believes in the importance of engaging and communicating with Husky parents, grandparents and family members, not just about the progress of their students, but to learn more about them as a family, and celebrate successes and make them feel safe in sharing their concerns.
