Flu shot clinics.
Seasonal flu shot clinics for UW faculty and staff. Free if covered by insurance, otherwise $30. The next clinics are:
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 14, at at UW Health Sciences,
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct 19, at UW Tower, and
- 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 20, at South Lake Union.
Bring a filled-out claim form along with you. You can download the form at this website.
