UW School of Music students Lauren Roth and Toby Penk are featured soloists for an performance tonight, Aug. 20, by the UW Summer Symphony, conducted by Meena Hwang.
Program selections include Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture; Vivaldi’s Autumn from the Four Seasons, featuring soloist Lauren Roth; Hummel’s Trumpet Concerto, featuring soloist Toby Penk; and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 8.
The program is at 8 p.m. in 130 Kane. Admission is free.
