Filling out the Registration/Order form is not just about ordering a cap & gown and registering for Commencement in Husky Stadium. You will be asked a number of important questions:
- How many general admission guest tickets do you need?
- Do any of your guest need help with accessibility? For example, will they have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs? Do they use a wheelchair? You will be able to request special limited mobility or wheelchair seating, assistive listening devices, and seating in the American Sign Language section.
- How many parking permits will you need? Will your guests need disability parking?
- Are you attending any other school, college,departmental or student group graduation events in addition to Commencement?
- You will also be asked about translation services that will be offered in multiple languages.
- For family and friends unable to attend Commencement we have special remote viewing options that will require providing contact information for those individuals.
Please note! When you order parking permits and tickets for reserved accessibility sections in Husky Stadium, they will only be held for a maximum of 1 hour. If you have not completed and submitted your order by then, you’ll need to reorder and some items may no longer be available. So before you begin ordering you’ll want to know everything your guests might need. That way you don’t have to leave the form or make phone calls to gather information. The process will be much easier if you are prepared.
