To access your general admission guest tickets, open the following link in a private/incognito browsing window:

The Guest General Admission tickets you ordered on the Commencement Registration/Order Form may be printed, downloaded, or emailed to yourself or your guests via the link above. Tickets were generated based on the quantities you requested. You will need to enter your UW Net ID and password. Tickets are required for entrance to the Commencement ceremony. Tickets may be shown on a cell phone or printed and presented at the gates for entrance to the stadium. If you cannot see the tickets you ordered, open the link above in a private/incognito browsing window.
Important Note: Each ticket has a unique code and can only be used once. Tickets will be scanned at entry to the stadium. If a ticket is presented that has a code that has already been scanned, the bearer of that ticket will not be admitted to the stadium. So please take care in emailing or printing tickets! Each ticket must be given or emailed to one person only.
Adding General Admission Guest Tickets
If you need additional general admission tickets, you may add them once you have logged into Gradtix using the link above. Look for the “Add tickets” button. You may add up to a total of 50 tickets. If the button does not work, open the link above in a private/incognito browsing window.
Adding Guest Tickets in Accessible Seating Sections
If you need additional disability tickets (wheelchair, limited mobility, American Sign Language), you will need to request them from Office of Ceremonies staff in the pick-up area at the University Book Store. Some sections may be sold out.
Student Tickets
Student tickets are not available in electronic/digital form. They are printed items and are distributed directly to students at cap & gown pickup. If you are a graduate participating in the commencement ceremony on June 8th, you will need to pick up your order at the University Book Store (4326 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105, during normal business hours) in order to receive your student ticket.
Use of Gradtix.com requires the release of personal information (student number). By signing in you permit the release of this information to Gradtix.com. Logging in also indicates you agree to Gradtix.com’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
