The University of Washington Student Conduct Code is published by the Washington State legislature under Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 478-121. The University has also developed two companion policies:
- Student Governance Policy Chapter 209 expands on the WAC for academic and behavioral misconduct, how student conduct proceedings work, and student rights in the conduct process
- Student Governance Policy Chapter 210 explains policy for Discriminatory and Sexual Harassment, Intimate Partner Violence, Sexual Misconduct, Stalking, and Retaliation
