Where is my shuttle? Information available online and on smart phones

People who use the UW South Lake Union and Night Ride shuttles now can check the shuttle’s progress from their desktop or laptop computer or smart phones.

The applications are at uwshuttles.com. Select UW South Lake Union or NightRide Stop Locations from the menu. iPhone and Android users can download the Ridesystems application and select UW from the menu.

UW South Lake Union riders can also get text message updates by texting “uwslu #” to 41411 where the # is the stop number. For example, texting “uwslu 11” to 41411 will provide shuttle arrival information for anyone waiting at UWMC. Stop numbers are located on the UW South Lake Union Stop Locations page after each description. Regular text messaging rates apply.

UW Shuttles is interested in gathering information about users’ experience to refine the service and possibly expand it to Health Sciences Express. A feedback option is available on the website.
