When do I get my diploma?
Diplomas are sent out approximately 3 to 4 months after graduation. If it’s been that long and you still haven’t received your diploma, contact the Office of Graduation and Academic Records at firstname.lastname@example.org or (206) 543-1803.
Help with student loans
The Office of Student Financial Aid is there to answer your questions on paying back the loans used to fund your university education. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need help managing your loan repayment plan.

Learning doesn’t have to stop at graduation. UW Professional & Continuing Education offers certificates, master’s degrees and courses designed to help you boost your career.
Choose from more than 130 certificate programs and pick up the practical skills and experience required of today’s workforce. You’ll be mentored by top UW faculty members, as well leading industry thinkers and doers.
As a Husky alum, you’ll receive $300 off a qualifying certificate program.
UW Career Center
After graduation many students find themselves wondering how they will manage the transition into the work world. Sometimes it’s a bumpy ride but the UW Career Center can smooth out the road. The Center has developed workshops, tools and resources to help you secure internships, jobs and long-term careers.
The Center works with Huskies, regardless of their degrees or majors, to ensure that their hard work at the University of Washington translates into meaningful and productive careers. Below are just a few of the services that the Career Center has to offer.
