The Vice President for University Advancement, or his or her designee, is authorized to act for the President of the University regarding the acceptance of gifts to the University as more fully provided in, and subject to the terms of, the Board of Regents Governance, Standing Orders, Chapter 1, Section 8.

Authority of the Senior Vice President for Finance and Facilities

The Senior Vice President for Finance and Facilities, or his or her designee, is authorized to act for the President of the University regarding the disposition of gifts as more fully provided in, and subject to the terms of, the Board of Regents Governance, Standing Orders, Chapter 1, Section 9. |
