15 Seconds at a Time: The CELE Center [video]

Undergraduate Academic Affairs

In this video, CELE Center Executive Director Francesca Lo takes on the challenge of explaining the Community Engagement Center and Leadership Education (CELE) Center in less than 15 seconds at a time.

“15 Seconds at a Time” is a series in which various Undergraduate Academic Affairs departments explain their work in bite-sized bursts.

CELE Center programs are centered around community-engaged learning, leadership education, preK-12 student success and place-based initiatives. Programs include: America Reads, CELE Fellowships, CELE K-12 Tutors and Mentors, Community-Engaged Courses, Leadership Minor, Dream Project, Husky Leadership Certificate, Jumpstart, NextGen Civic Leader Corps, Othello-UW Commons, Riverways Education Partnerships and Undergraduate Community Based Internships (UCBI). Undergraduates build authentic community and expand their educational experiences at the University of Washington through the CELE Center.
