The Board of Regents approved the following schedule of meetings at its September 10, 2026, meeting of the Board. Except as otherwise indicated, all meetings will be held at the locations noted on the Seattle campus of the University of Washington. Agendas and materials will be published by noon on the Friday prior to each meeting.
Effective May 1, 2026, a security check will be required for entry into Board meetings. No bags larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ x 1″ are permitted. No megaphones, noisemakers, signs larger than 22″ x 28,” sticks, poles, or other items that may be used as weapons are permitted. All items are subject to inspection.
