Tour the stunning UW Biology Greenhouse to see four different controlled environments all under the same roof. 

Multiple tours available*: 

  • 11 a.m. 
  • 12:15 p.m. 
  • 1:30 p.m. 
  • 2:45 p.m. 

*Tour availability is on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of 60 participants are allowed per time slot. Please plan accordingly. 

 

For nearly 70 years, the Biology Greenhouse at the University of Washington has played a vital role in research and teaching. Whether focusing on plant-pollinator interactions, paleoclimatology or other biological questions, its teaching collection has enhanced and inspired UW biological research. 
   
The Biology Greenhouse is located on the southwest side of the lower level of the UW Life Sciences Building.
