Before scheduling your appointment:
- Please note that the online scheduling platform requires you to enter your name. For our office purposes, you do not need to submit your full name. Please only submit your first name or first initial.
- Appointment end times are approximate and may not take the entire allotted time.
- Our online scheduler provides availability up to two weeks in advance. If you need to make an appointment further out, please contact us.
- If you need an appointment before or after work hours, we are happy to accommodate you.
Appointment options
- Student Consultation: Student client and/or meeting about a new matter. (60 min)
- Student Consultation for Groups or Complex Cases: A student client with a detailed/complex concern or if you are a group of 2 or more students interested in meeting with the office. (90 min)
- If your situation does not clearly fall under any of these categories, please select the Student consultation and provide details in your appointment.
- Please do not email personal or confidential materials in advance of your session as all records are subject to public records (i.e. not confidential) and it is unlikely the Ombud will have time to review the materials given our volume of cases
- Faculty Consultation: Faculty client and/or meeting about a new matter. (75 min)
- Faculty Consultation for Groups or Complex Cases: A faculty client with a detailed/complex concern or if you are a group or 2 or more faculty members interested in meeting with the office. (90 min)
- If your situation does not clearly fall under any of these categories (for example, you are looking for a mediation, conciliation or facilitation), please select the Faculty Consultation and provide details in your appointment.

- Staff Consultation: Staff client and/or meeting about a new matter. (75 min)
