Helpful Information about scheduling:
- For our office purposes, you do not need to submit your full name. Please feel free to only submit your first name or first initial.
- Please do not email personal or confidential materials in advance of your session as all records are subject to the state public records act (i.e. not confidential) and it is unlikely the Ombud will have time to review the materials given our volume of cases
- Our online scheduler provides availability up to one month in advance. If you need to make an appointment further out, or outside of traditional work hours, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
