Walker, professor and vice chair of the UW Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, has been named medical director of University of Washington Medical Center, announced Dr. Paul G. Ramsey, vice president for medical affairs and dean of the School of Medicine. Dr. Walker will also serve as an associate dean of the School of Medicine.
