Research Description
Kristi Morgansen’s work addresses piloted and unpiloted classes of vehicles for both traditional autonomous systems — such as fixed-wing aircraft and underwater gliders — and for novel systems — such as bio-inspired underwater propulsion, bio-inspired agile flight, human decision making and neural engineering. She is an advocate for project-based learning, inclusive engineering, multidisciplinary collaboration, and STEAM.
