As UW Global looks ahead, four priorities are guiding our work:
Develop and implement a university-wide global strategy
Create a framework that aligns global engagement with the University’s strategic priorities while connecting and amplifying existing strengths across UW.
Advance global learning for all
Increase access to meaningful global learning opportunities and work toward ensuring that every UW student can engage with global perspectives, experiences, and challenges during their academic journey.
Serve as a convener, connector, and catalyst
Strengthen collaboration among faculty, students, staff, alumni, and global partners while supporting interdisciplinary initiatives and strategic opportunities.
Strengthen infrastructure and sustainability
Enhance the operational, administrative, financial, and risk-management systems that enable global engagement while building sustainable models for growth and investment.
