UW Medicine visitor policy update: Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test

Last month, Harborview Medical Center successfully implemented the first phase of a program to require all inpatient visitors over 12 and those over the age of 18 accompanying outpatient adult patients to show proof of having a COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 3 days of visiting. Effective Monday, December 6, UW Medicine will expand this program to include the two UW Medical Center hospital campuses.
