Act As Faculty
In order to assist instructors, the Administrator can “Act As” any instructor via the IASystem™ faculty portal.
Note: By default, only users with the IASystem™ role of Administrator have the “Act As Faculty” privilege. Administrators can assign this privilege to other users by creating a Custom Role.

1. Navigate to your campus IASystem™ faculty portal URL directly or select the Faculty Portal Link in the administrative interface help menu. 2. When the IASystem™ faculty portal web page opens, login information is displayed in the top right corner of the web page. |

| 3. Administrators, or custom roles that include the “Act as Faculty” action, can enter a faculty username in the text input box and select the “Act As” button to enter the faculty portal as that user. |

| 4. Once logged in as a particular instructor, an Administrator will see the Instructor’s name displayed with their own information below in parentheses. |
