If you’re constantly telling yourself why you can’t change careers …
it’s probably time to explore your options.

Now is a great time to join the UW Alumni Career Design Program! This collaborative, 30-day online program gives you the structure and accountability to find a more fulfilling career, leveraging the skills and passions you already have. This program is run by Mission Collaborative, a leader in the field for those looking to make a career change.

This four-week course meets from Sept. 13 to Oct. 11, 2025. The program includes flexible real-time sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with participants selecting from three options to fit their schedule.
