If youve walked from the Quad to Red Square lately, you may have noticed that Spokane Lane where it runs between Kane Hall and Savery Hall is blocked off and torn up. Thats because the current grade of the slope does not meet requirements for the Americans with Disabilities act, according to John Templin of Capital Projects.

The road is going to be regraded and widened, and there will be improvements to the landscaping too. The project is scheduled to be completed in April.
