Last week, the Clean Energy Institute celebrated the opening of the Washington Clean Energy Testbeds. The state-of-the-art user facility has lab space for manufacturing prototypes and then testing to increase the rate at which engineering discoveries can become clean energy technologies available in the marketplace.
