UW Career Center

Resources and services are available to address the career development and job search needs of UW alumni.


Recent graduates who have received a degree from the UW in the past two years (24 months) are eligible to utilize Same-Day Sessions and schedule appointments in the Career Center for no fee.

UW Alumni (beyond 2 years of degree completion) are welcome to continue utilizing Career Center programming, access the free online job system (Handshake) and use the Career Guide and calendar of workshops and events. For UW alumni seeking additional assistance (including one-on-one Career Counseling appointments), please see the Career Center alumni website for a menu of Seattle-area and Washington state service providers and resources.

All UW alumni get free access to Handshake, perfect for recent grads and alumni in transition. Access hundreds of internships, volunteer opportunities and jobs. Then apply directly through the site.

UW Employment Site
Search staff and faculty positions at the UW’s three campuses online. Connect with recruiters or learn about upcoming recruitment events and career fairs.

CampusPoint was founded in 2002 by UW graduates to help students and recent graduates in Washington connect with employers. CampusPoint job listings are available to alumni who received a bachelor’s degree within the past six years or a graduate degree within the last year.

WorkSource Washington
WorkSource is a free employment site run by the state of Washington and is updated daily with jobs from many of the region’s most esteemed employers.
