The 2026–30 Strategic Plan provides a shared framework for planning across the University. Schools, colleges, campuses, UW Medicine and administrative units are beginning to engage their communities to identify how the plan’s vision, pillars, objectives, goals and actions can be advanced through local priorities and initiatives.
This work helps connect institutional priorities with the unique missions, strengths and opportunities of individual units. In doing so, units play a critical role in advancing the University’s vision and turning the strategic plan into meaningful action across the UW.
