Biography
Mackenzie is a Museology graduate student at the University of Washington interested in collections management and archival work. They hold a B.A. in Art History and Archaeology from Grand Valley State University, with an emphasis in Mesoamerican Studies. They have previously interned with the GVSU Art Gallery and Tri-Cities Historical Society. They hope to explore how museums can better support Indigenous sovereignty through collaborative collections practices.
