Extraordinary generosity equals extraordinary impact — on the lives of UW students, on the future of our community and on the world. The UW honors the selfless generosity of supporters who have made lifetime gifts and pledges totaling $1 million with special recognition. These lifetime advocates — the UW Laureates — are recognized at the annual Recognition Gala, are included on the Donor Wall in Suzzallo Library and receive complimentary parking on the Seattle campus.
The support of leadership donors is far-reaching, improving the lives of countless people in our community and around the world who benefit from the UW’s teaching, research and outreach programs.
The university pays special tribute to those outstanding individuals who have given or pledged $100,000 – $999,000, recognizing them as Benefactors.
The Henry Suzzallo Society honors and celebrates the alumni and friends who are making a commitment to support the University through a planned gift. The UW is pleased to acknowledge commitments made through a bequest, annuity, trust, life insurance policy or other deferred gift by recognizing them as members of this special society.
There is no minimum gift level, and membership is lifetime, complimentary and over 2,700 strong!
