Obama Inauguration Speaker Elizabeth Alexander at Kane Hall
On Thursday, January 27 at 6:30 p.m, you are invited to join Elizabeth Alexander, who recited her poem, “Praise Song for the Day” at Barack Obama’s inaugural address, as she shares her views on the future of diversity as it relates to the arts. One in a series of free public lectures sponsored by the Graduate School, “Hearing America Singing: Multi-Vocal Cultures in America” will be presented in Kane Hall, Room 130.
