Jillian Morn joined the Office of Educational Assessment in November, 2019 after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Morn brings more than 10 years of institutional research and higher education data experience to OEA. She is a mixed-methods researcher with a background in survey design, program assessment, and data analysis. Dr. Morn is responsible for the quantitative and survey research in OEA, including conducting large-scale assessment surveys for the UW, undertaking original research utilizing a combination of survey, institutional, and other quantitative data, and supporting other OEA program areas that rely on quantitative measurement, analysis, and interpretation.
Dr. Morn regularly presents at the Association for Institutional Research Forum. She earned her M.S. in Public Policy from Georgia Tech, her B.A. in Political Science and French from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, and her PhD in Higher Education at the Institute of Higher Education at the University of Georgia.
