Alumna to lead the next generation of engagement programs and services

Portrait: Sabrina UrquhartWe are happy to share that Sabrina Urquhart, ‘91 is the new assistant vice president for alumni and stakeholder engagement (ASE) and associate executive director of the UWAA. This proud alumna brings three decades of experience working in government, non-profit, foundation and healthcare advancement management and leadership roles.

Sabrina oversees the UWAA’s engagement initiatives, which includes leading integrated programs and services, and directing teams and departments focused on membership and events, alumni and student programs, civic engagement, alumni tours, and campus constituent relations. Look for her at upcoming events — you can’t miss that wonderful smile!

Most recently, Sabrina served as senior director of marketing communications, operations and philanthropy marcomm at Seattle Children’s. Before that, she served in program administration and marketing communications positions at the Bezos Family Foundation, Casey Family Programs, and the US Department of Labor Job Corps. And certainly not to be overlooked is her formative collegiate work experience as advertising manager at the UW Daily.
