Calling all Southern California Huskies, family and friends! Join your fellow SoCal Huskies and attend a studio taping of “Mom,” co-starring Anna Faris, ‘99, or “The Great Indoors,”co-starring Joe McHale, ‘00—or both! Not only will you have fun, you’ll help raise money for the Los Angeles & Orange County Alumni Chapter Scholarship Fund, which benefits UW students from Southern California.

“Mom” (co-starring Anna Faris)
Well-known for her star turn in the spoof “Scary Movie” (2000), Anna Faris co-stars with Allison Janney in the award-winning, pulls-no-punches comedy, “Mom.” In her role as a single mom named Christy, after years of questionable choices, she is now sober and trying to get her life on track. She’s tested daily by her newly sober mother, Bonnie.

“The Great Indoors” (co-starring Joe McHale)
Perhaps best known for his starring role in the hit comedy series “The Community,” Joe McHale, ’00, now co-stars in a new CBS comedy, “The Great Indoors.” In his role as a famous ex-adventure reporter named Joel, he must adapt to changing times and a desk job to lead his staff of millennials in the digital department of the magazine.
