Town Hall, Seattle: 1119 8th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
You’re invited to meet attorney, author, political commentator and activist George Conway III before he takes the stage at Town Hall Seattle with the UW’s Office of Public Lectures.
Gather with fellow UWAA members, UW Impact advocates and guests to enjoy a special pre-lecture reception with the Lincoln Project co-founder. It’s your chance to connect, enjoy refreshments and be part of the conversation!
After the reception, head to UWAA reserved seating to hear Conway explore the idea that the endurance of the rule of law in the United States relies not solely on the provisions of the Constitution — its structural framework, the institutions it established, or the rights it enshrines — but fundamentally on the character of its citizens.
This FREE event is open to UWAA members (and their guests). All ages are welcome. Advance registration is required. Not a member but want to join the fun? Become a UWAA member today!
UWAA members also enjoy early access to the winter season of UW Public Lectures. Registration for the general public opens Dec. 10. Learn more.
