Adam BrotmanAdam Brotman, President and Chief Experience Officer, J.Crew

Adam Brotman, ’95, started his career as an attorney and then served two stints as CEO of two companies — Barefoot Yoga Company and PlayNetwork. This was followed by nine years as a Starbucks executive, the leader behind the cutting-edge consumer facing digital platform for the Starbucks loyalty program and mobile order and pay platform. At the beginning of this year, Adam joined J.Crew as President and Chief Experience Officer. With his knowledge and background in digital technology, coupled with the ability and skillset to mold the Seattle coffee giant into a leader in digital customer engagement, Adam has his sights set on helping turn around the classic American clothing giant.

Adam’s experience with global and field operations, successful experience starting and running venture funded companies, as well as large scale global view initiatives, make him an expert in building customer relationships through loyalty, mobile technology and personalized digital engagement.
