Washington Park Arboretum, Graham Visitors Center
The Washington Park Arboretum shines in the night as you take a self-guided stroll among the trees. After the walk, warm up, get cozy and enjoy a hot beverage in the visitor’s center at this special, members-only event. It’s a great way to bring a little light to one of the longest nights of the year!
Support the UW Food PantryThe UWAA and BECU are bringing back our Better Together partnership to make sure no Huskies go hungry during the holiday season.
Collection bins for non-perishable food items and requested supplies for the UW Food Pantry will be on-site at our November and December member events, and in the UWAA Washington Commons lobby through Dec. 30. (See hours and location.)
The route for the luminary walk will be decided the day of the event based on local conditions. Guests are advised to dress for inclement weather and to wear sturdy shoes that can get muddy. The path is not intended to be strenuous, but it will not be ADA-accessible, nor is it recommended for young children. Please note that the paths in the Arboretum will not have any lighting beyond the small decorative lanterns; we recommend bringing flashlights or headlamps for the trails.
