The annual awards honor outstanding alumni, faculty, staff, students and retirees for their contributions to the University community. The awardees will be honored at a ceremony on Thursday, June 11.
Nobel Prize winner to address graduates at commencement
Graduates at the University of Washington’s 151st Commencement, scheduled for Saturday, June 13, at Alaska Airlines Field at Husky Stadium, will hear from Mary E. Brunkow, Class of ’83, who shared the 2025 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.
Student research on display at 29th annual Research Symposium
In its largest iteration yet, this year’s symposium will feature more than 1,700 students from all three UW campuses and other local institutions. The day-long celebration will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 15 with presentations held across campus.
