The Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA) offices are located on the first floor of Schmitz Hall at 1410 NE Campus Parkway in Seattle. Schmitz Hall fills the block between Campus Parkway and 41st, and 15th Street and University Way. Drop-in hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. The OSFA mailing address is:

Please remember that OSFA does not give out personal financial information via email or the telephone. Also, if you plan a drop-in visit or a long distance call, bear in mind that the office and phone lines are busiest at the beginning of the day, the week, and the quarter.

From Interstate 5, northbound or southbound
Do not use the express lanes. Take Exit #169 (UW - NE 45th St. Exit). Go east (right turn from I-5 north, left turn from I-5 south) on NE 45th for about half a mile. Turn right on 15th Ave. NE and continue about three blocks to 41st St. Schmitz Hall is on the right (west) side of 15th Ave. The entrance to the Central Plaza Parking Garage is on the left just as you cross NE 41st.
From SR 520 (floating bridge)
Traveling west toward Seattle, take the Montlake Blvd. NE exit. Turn right (north) onto Montlake Blvd. and continue over the Montlake Bridge. Just after the bridge, turn left on Pacific and continue west for several blocks. Turn right at 15th Ave. NE and continue north about three blocks to 41st St. Schmitz Hall is on the left (west) side of 15th Ave. The entrance to the Central Plaza Parking Garage is on the right just as you cross NE 41st.
