Provost’s Town Hall set for May 11

Provost Phyllis Wise will hold a town hall meeting at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, in 120 Kane. She’ll talk about the major accomplishments and challenges the campus community has faced during the current academic year. She’ll also provide updates on several timely initiatives, including activity-based budgeting (ABB); Two Years to Two Decades (2y2d), our effort to plan for the UW’s continuing success as a preeminent public research university; and “NEXT CITY,” a two-day symposium on Design and Urbanization.

Those who are unable to attend the town hall can access a live webcast from the UW home page, and it will be archived on the Provost’s home page for later view.
