German unity.
Konrad Jarausch of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill kicks off a two-day conference marking the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall called “Legacies of Unification: Twenty Years of German Unity” with a lecture titled “Germany 1989: A New Kind of Revolution?” Conference continues on Nov. 20.
