CIDR open house March 2 in new campus space

The Center for Instructional Development and Research (CIDR) will hold an open house from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 2 on the fourth floor of Sieg Hall. CIDR moved into Sieg this quarter when their old offices in Bagley were needed for laboratory space.

“One of the recent efforts of Dean Marsha Landolt on behalf of CIDR was to secure centrally located space for CIDR offices on campus,” said CIDR director Don Wulff. “Because of her untimely death, she never had an opportunity to see our offices in Sieg Hall. However, the much improved new space will serve as a daily reminder of her support for our work and her commitment to excellence in teaching and learning at UW.”

The open house will include a chance to talk to CIDR staff and visit their resource collection.
