Nominations are now being accepted for the Distinguished Alumni Veteran Award. Established in 2012, the award is given to a living UW Alumnus Veteran who made a positive impact on their local, national, or international community; the University of Washington; and/or veteran’s communities. Call to artists!
University District volunteers associated with the University District Livability Partnership have issued a CALL TO ARTISTS for a project that will create a mural for the north wall of J’s Market in the Jack in the Box parking lot at NE 50th. Applications are due July 8. Three finalists will receive cash awards.
