UW Regents finalize tuition decision

On June 7, the University of Washington Board of Regents adopted the University of Washington’s operating budget for fiscal 2013, including a 16% tuition increase  for undergraduate resident students. Commencement on June 9 at Century Link Field

An audience of about 40,000 family members and guests is expected to attend the UW’s 137th graduation ceremony at Century Link Field on June 9 at 1:30. Other game traffic later that afternoon could cause delays, so plan accordingly.

Free student art exhibit

A capstone Bachelor of Fine Arts show displaying the work of students graduating in painting and drawing, fibers and 3D4M will be on view at the Jacob Lawrence Gallery until May 30. The Jacob Lawrence Gallery is located in the north corner of the Art building on the first floor and admission is always free.
